Clinic Services
The North Central District Health Department offers a variety of services throughout the
four county district that it serves. Residents of Henry, Shelby, Spencer and Trimble
counties in Kentucky can find support through their local Health Department for
needs arising during various stages of life.
Below is a sampling of clinic services offered through our local Health Departments.
Each heading is a link to find out more information. If you still have questions, contact
your local Health Department office at our numbers listed at the bottom of the page.
The following policies are in place for those individuals coming into the clinic:
- Patients should come to the clinic on their own – they should not bring other family members for the visit. One parent may accompany one child to the clinic.
- Patients MUST wear a mask. If they do not arrive with a mask, one will be provided. They MUST wear the mask for the entirety of their visit.
