On June 1st, the NCDHD clinics will begin seeing Family Planning patients on a limited basis. Beginning the week of June 14, the clinics will be open to in-person appointments for all services, within the exception of WIC, which will remain remote and telephonic at this time. This includes immunizations for all ages, well-child exams, family planning exams and STD exams and counseling.
The following policies will be in place for those individuals coming into the clinic:
- Patients should come to the clinic on their own – they should not bring other family members for the visit. One parent may accompany one child to the clinic.
- Patients should phone the clinic when they arrive to notify staff.
- Patients will be screened at the door for fever and symptoms of COVID-19.
- Patients MUST wear a mask. If they do not arrive with a mask, one will be provided. They MUST wear the mask for the entirety of their visit.
